About Charlie Schaeffer, President

A 30 year veteran of the construction industry, Charlie Schaeffer serves as the founder and president of DecorCrete, Inc. In his role, Schaeffer provides consultative services to a variety of markets including restaurants, food processing operations, industrial warehouses, research facilities and the medical community.

Additionally, Schaeffer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, managing each project to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

Before founding DecorCrete, Schaeffer spent 24 years as the president of CLS Construction, a well-known builder of custom homes in the Houston area. He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
